Jaiquan’s Sketch tells a story of the healing power of expressive arts. Jaiquan’s journey shows how art changed his life, from incarceration and post-traumatic stress to finding a sense of purpose and self-worth through the daily practice of drawing.
Jaiquan’s Sketch is an inspiring story of personal transformation, which demonstrates how art therapy can offer a rich, creative avenue for people attempting to recast their personal identities and improve their lives.
I brought Jaiquan's amazing art to life by animating his sketches as if they were drawing on in the negative spaces around him.
